Family, Spouse and Dependant Visa

  • Spouse or Partner Visa

For those married to, in a civil partnership with, or in a long-term relationship (at least two years) with a British citizen or someone settled in the UK.

  • Fiancé(e) or Proposed Civil Partner Visa

For individuals engaged to a British citizen or settled person, allowing entry to the UK to marry or enter a civil partnership within six months.

  • Parent Visa

For parents of a child who is a British citizen or settled in the UK, allowing the parent to join and care for their child in the UK.
